Spaghetti squash is so easy to make. The hardest part is cutting it in half.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut spaghetti squash lengthwise.
Scoop out the seeds.
Rub olive oil on both cut sides.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with paprika or garlic powder, if desired.
Place in baking dish, cut side down.
Bake 45-60 minutes.
Let cool about 10 minutes. Use fork to gently scrape out insides.
Serve immediately or store for later use.
