The past couple of weeks I have been using the grain-free paleo bread recipe from Elena’s Pantry and so far everyone loves it! Until I tried this recipe, I didn’t realize how much I missed having bread. Some of the things I love about this recipe? It is grain free, sugar free, it doesn’t require kneading, and it is very versatile.
Last week I made a plain loaf, this week I decided combine my Everything but the Bagel + Flax seasoning to make an everything bread loaf. It was even better than I imagined it could be!
I greased the loaf pan using Nutiva Organic Shortening then generously sprinkled the Everything but the Bagel + Flax seasoning on the pan.
Then I poured in the bread batter and sprinkled more seasoning on top, then baked the bread as directed.
I think this is going to be a great addition to our meals this week, especially breakfast! The only thing missing is non-dairy cream cheese.
